While I found this slightly hilarious, it is telling of a culture of "manliness" that is bred within those walls. This may be all an well for some mindset of toughness to be cultivated, it gets very stifling should you have problems.

In 2008, at least 128 soldiers committed suicide in the US army. Armies are never known for their transparency.

I guess it's not so easy to laugh now.
